  1. Find the item you want in the search field, which you can find in the header area of ​​every page of the site. Click on the item name to see the description.
  2. Click on the “Checkout” button in the shopping cart to complete your order. On the following page you can simply log in as a customer or create a customer account as a new customer. Please enter your shipping method and desired  Payment method. If you have a voucher code, you can also enter it here. Finally, you can check all the details of your order again and change them again. You can now pay for the order directly with Paypal or complete the order using the “Pay now” button.
  3. If you would like to purchase the item, please click on “Add to Cart”. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you will always see the shopping cart. You can continue shopping and add more items to your shopping cart or proceed to checkout straight away.
  4. The shipping costs depend on the destination country to which the product is to be sent. At jazzandrecords.de we deliver worldwide. You can view the current shipping costs at any time under "Shipping costs" . The actual shipping costs will be displayed during the ordering process under “Shipping costs”. If you have chosen Paypal Direct as your payment, the shipping costs will be displayed during the payment process on the Paypal website.
  5. Your order will be released for dispatch within 24 hours once payment has been received and there is sufficient stock. We have no influence on the exact delivery times of our shipping service providers such as Deutsche Post, DHL, Hermes Paket or Swiss Post. Immediately after shipping, you will receive the tracking number of your order, which you can then use to track the delivery status in your customer account at any time.

  10. We would be happy to pack your order with beautiful wrapping paper and a free greeting text on an extra greeting card. For this service you only pay 2.50 euros (including VAT) per item. No VAT is charged for shipments outside the EU. You can find the gift option on the product page directly under the “Add to cart” button. Please select the gift option and add the product to your shopping cart. Do this step for other items if you want to gift wrap several CDs. Your optional and free greeting text will be printed on a separate greeting card and individually attached to each item marked as a gift wrapped gift item. You can enter your desired greeting text directly into the “Suggestions and greeting text” comment field during the payment process. Please select the delivery address to which you would like your gift sent. If the address is different, you will receive your invoice by email as a PDF file. When summarizing your order, you can check again whether all of your desired items are listed with the gift option.
