How can I find items?
Browse or search for the items you would like to order. Keyword Search boxes are located on the top of our store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or name of the item to see its product detail page.
Proceed to Checkout?
When you are ready to checkout click on the Submit Cart button located underneath the items featured in Your Cart. From here you will be brought to a summary screen for a final look at the items you will be purchasing.
To proceed click Check Out. You will be automatically forwarded to the next page to complete your transaction.
Add Items to Your Shopping Cart?
If you wish to purchase the selected item, choose the quantity you wish to purchase and then click »Add To Cart«.
Please click on the shopping cart, then click the button »Checkout« to finish processing your order. Login with your account information or open a new account. Please enter your address. You can also specify a different delivery address. Click the button "Continue" for the next step.
Please choose your preferred payment method.If you have a discount code, so you can also enter. Click the button "Continue" for the next step.
Please check all your information and click on the button »Confirm Order« to complete your order.

Delivery Schedule - When Will My Order Ship?
Your order is be shipped within 24 hours from receipt of payment and sufficient stock.
To the precise delivery times as our shipping providers German Post, DHL, Hermes package or Swiss Post we have no control. You will receive the tracking number after shipping your order. Then you can trace the delivery status at any time in your customer account.

How can I cancel my order?
Customer has the right to withdraw Customer's offer within two (2) weeks without any reason, such withdrawal to be made in text form (e.g. regular mail, e-mail) or by re-sending the Product. I want my items be packaged as a gift?
We are happy to pack your order with a beautiful gift wrap and a free greeting text on a separate greeting card. For this service you only pay 2,50 -. EUR (incl. VAT) per item. For shipments outside the EU, VAT is not charged.
The gift option is available on the product page directly from the button "Add to cart".
Please select this option from the gift and the product to the cart. Do this also with other articles, if multiple CDs are packaged as a gift.
Your optional and free greeting text is printed on a separate card and every article that has been marked as a gift with gift box, individually attached. Your desired greeting text can be entered directly during the checkout process in the comments field "suggestions and greeting text."
Please select the shipping address to which you want to send your gift. At a different address, you will receive your invoice via email as a PDF file.
In the order summary, you can check if any of your desired items are listed with the gift option again.
How can I redeem my rebate or coupon code?
