In 2001, Kolsimcha became The World Quintet and released in the summer of that year the same-named record. The record is a sketchbook like production that allows the listener to keep track of the transformation from Kolsimcha to The World Quintet.

The record contains quintet-pieces as well as orchestra compositions of various styles. On �Trauer�� you can even hear Herbert Grönemeyer�s voice.
He was accompanied by the London Mozart Players!
